Default RSX Crank Case Pressure Problem?

My friend has a '04 RSX-S and recently it started making these funny squealing sounds. We opened the oil dip stick when it was running and a bunch of air shot out and the sound went away and we put the dipstick back in and after a min or two it started squealing again.

It has so much pressure building up, you can turn the car off and let it sit for like 5-10 min, go out there while the car is still off and open the oil cap or the dipstick and a bunch of air will come out, not just a little but alot.

I'm guessing he is getting too much pressure in there, what do you think would cause this problem all of a sudden; pcv?? any long term effects if he drives it like this? would a breather help?

Any help would be great, thanks

Sounds like you've got some sort of leak going on. I don't know HOW the expletive or why.

Never heard of a problem like that.
