Upping size on IC pipe, will I need to re-tune?

Default Upping size on IC pipe, will I need to re-tune?
AS stated, someone offered to buy my IC piping, 2.5 inch and going to 2.75 inch (lol i know), will i need to retune? i am on 10psi for now...
