Default help with megan silencer

Ok guys i recently bought a used megan exhaust and it only came with piping, muffler, and the silencer and nothing else. So i just get a bolt and put the silencer in(there is only one hole on the muffler to put the bolt in) but it rattles like crazy. By the way there are two holes in the silencer for bolts but only one on the muffler. Guys help me find a way to keep the silencer from rattling! thanks (pics below)

Drill another hole, or use header wrap to make a gasket/pad to wrap the silencer in.

Drill another hole and find an appropriate sized nut and bolt.

Do you notice the hissing that this muffler make with the siliencer on? I love the way it sounds with the siliencer on. I notice the rattling noise too, but it doesn't bother me.

a simple quick fix is to wrap the outside lip of the silencer in elctrical tape and just slide the silencer back in carefully. I personally dont use the silencer bc i have a 22" long mid-steel resonator but yea the sinlencer helps a SHITLOAD. B4 i installed the resonator I did that and had no problems w/ rattiling after that, so give it a try and make sure you keep the tape tight while putting it on.

Hope this helps
