help with fuel lines
Well i tried asking in the civic forums but i think id have better luck here since you FI guys have to do this more often. I drive a 95 civic sedan. My car is NA so i dont need more fuel pressure than stock, the reason im changing my lines is because they rusted through and started leaking all over the street. I was gonna go ahead and change the fuel pressure line and return line, the ones under the car that go to the tank. So far i havent seen where they go to up front, i assume all the way to the fuel filter? i repaired them for now at the back by the tank where the leak is but i want to do this thing right.
I went to my local performance shop and talked to the owner, he said i should run -6 for both, since its inside diameter is closest to stock, and i dont need more fuel than stock, im running stock si fuel maps. he said buy 12 feet for each line, just to be on the safe side. im pretty clear on that. but what about fittings? I have no clue which ones i need. if you guys have done this before please let me know what i need to get.
