Default no vacumm

My friend has a 1993 vtec and he jsut swapped engines for a jdm h22a but has not installed the vacuum canister that mounts to the back of the intake manifold for some dumb reason but exactly how bad can this make his car run. cause it runs like **** wondering if this could be the cause? anyone TIA

yea itll prolly expletive with low end torque a little bit. its enough to notice so for now id agree u should just plug all the ports on the throttle body
