ITR seats fit??

will it-r seats fit perfectly into my rs? i'm about to buy them right now but want to make sure i'm not screwing myself over. please reply back asap!

Is this a 90-93 or a 94-01 RS?
If you have a DC, the ITR seats should fit.
If you have a DA, however, some modification is necessary because only 3 of the 4 bolts line up.
