Coilovers (springs, sleeves, and perches) allow you to adjust the height of the drop via a perch while lowering springs are springs that lower the car without adjustment.

I personally recommend coilovers since you can adjust them

go with ground control coilovers

 

go w/ coilovers, this way if u drop it too much and u find ur bottoming out or u want to drop it more, u can

I've had my Ground Controls for 3 years now. That's the way you want to go.

If you have stock struts/shocks go with springs...they ride a helluva lot better and they don't bounch around. If you put coilovers on stock struts/shocks they bounch around and bottom out...the ride quality sucks(don't buy Ebay coilovers).

If you have good struts/shocks as long as they are good coilovers...the ride quality is pretty good. I'd only recommend getting Ground Control coilovers. But I like springs. Springs on good struts/shocks ride(I have Illuminas with H&R springs)real nice.

 

I can get Skunk 2 coilovers for 250$ is that a good price?

 

Skunk2 coilovers are great for race-only applications, but I found them unbearable for street driving. Ground Controls + Koni Yellows FTW!

That depends on how much you drop it (suspension travel) and what the new spring rates are, not if it is coilover or lowering springs. I have GC+Konis, couldn't be happier.

But don't keep them, specially for daily driving They are stiff as hell. I believe the spring rates are around 500 lbs/in...

i don't want to buy and sell and make profit. I want to lower my car the right way but i don't know how though.
