I'm joining the former R owner's club!
Just sold my own R today (pictures and such are in the sale link in my sig). As mentioned before, there were some personal conflicts involving the shipment of my car from the US to Shanghai. So it took me abotu a week to decide what to do about it...and in the end I had to sell the R and today was that day. I'm pretty sure that the new owner of my R would chime into here eventually.
But anyways, it's been neat and interesting experience to be part of the upper echelon of Hondas and Honda-tuning. Some R people I've met are pretty cool, some other R owners weren't very helpful and I've even ran into a scammer that owns R's.
I probably won't return to owning a Honda car until the successor to the NSX comes around and it's been pretty fun. So farewell fellow Type R owners; hopefully your cars will continue to retain their value in the future as a "hot rod"
