Default B20b with pr8 head question (I've searched)

Well i've searched and according to some of the posts the b20b with the pr8 head is the more powerful b20b correct? Can someone just confirm this for me because its just bothering me and I want to make sure I was told the right information when I bought the motor thanks!

p8r head flows the best out of the b20 motors. valves are the same size as their vtec counter parts.

So is this the motor that puts out identical hp #s as the b20z? Also i was searching on google and on other sites like non-vtec.com I came up on a post that said that the pr8 head is rare, is this true?
