Tranny grinding noise?

My tranny makes a loud grinding noise when im driving and i let off the gas pedal, it happens in any gear. Anyone ever have this problem? What do i do?

maybe input shaft bearing? fix it yourself or just buy a used tranny.

ooo the sound doesnt sound too good u prob need a new transmission
