Difference between 1997 GSR harness vs 2001 ITR?

Is there a difference between a 1997 GSR engine harness and a 2001 ITR engine harness? Can the two be swapped without any changes?

Are you using a Skunk2 or ITR mani because the ITR harness will not have the wires for the butterfly valves.

Will be using a Skunk2 or JG mani, so that should not be an issue... Is that the only diff between the ITR and GSR engine harness.
