Default any problems with 84mm sleeves and stock b16a-head?

I would like to know if I would run into problems with a 84mm-sleeved B16-block in combination with a stock b16-head. My fear is that the additional 1.5mm on each side of the piston could touch the head.

Any experiences?
Thanks

Yep, I had an 84mm bore and put a stock B16A head on it, made 616whp with no issues at all
