Tein coilovers, bitch!

... 'cause I mean, the RSX is not really built to be a 500hp car, so you might as well have it handle like it's on rails.

Hey, just because it isn't meant to be doesn't mean it can't be made into one.

Thats a pretty good setup, but I'm sure you already know that the shorty header is going to hold you back. Pick up a DC Race Header and you'll definately pick up a few more ponies. I had that exact same setup when I first got my Type S and I switched to a DCRH from the shorty. It was like night and day to put it mildly.

Also, decide what you want to do in the long run. If your looking at cams or boost, don't even bother w/ the reflash go straight for K-pro and save 100 bucks.

I've been infected by my elitist boyfriend who doesn't believe in "FWD shitboxes." His "FWD shitbox" is his Prelude, and he's building an LS1-swapped RX-7

I've seen/heard about 500hp+ RSXes on clubrsx though. It just seems kinda silly because the car isn't going to be able to handle all that much power (beyond, say, 250hp) if the suspension isn't upgraded to match. But that's just me -- I'm into autox, so I'd take handling over brute speed anyday.

Hahah, I was just kidding because my goal is 550+ Just waiting on tuning.

But you are 100% right, there is no point in having that much power if you can't get it to the ground. In my case I have a twin disc, team dynamic 15's, 24.5 M+H slicks, and Teins. I should be able to hook up in third gear.

I am with everyone else. Your setup is fine, but I would first spend the money on suspension, tires and brakes. That way you can stop, start and corner, then add more power.

koni's and neuspeeds. rotas, and kuhmo spts. sway bar and struts. your car would be on rails. do that, it would look amazing.

o and get rid of DC

good setup idea i had the same setup
but forget the shorty header the race header would be way better but u will run lean with a reflash
u should be like a 13.6-13.7 car with those mods
but the shorty header isn't worth it...
