Help Quick: Hooking up manual boost controller

where do i run the 2 lines too? like the line into the boost controller then the line out

One goes to the wastegate, the other goes to the intake manifold.

compressor housing OR IM --> boost cont. in --> boost cont. out --> lower port on wg
