I'm guessing its a 92-95 Civic right? yeah you can, might have to force it a little onto the TB but it should be ok.

Nahh the IM is a totally diff.
Its lower than d15 throttle body.
But you can cut it as said or try to force and mash it to fit.Whatever works.
