For those who seen the 2002 SIR in person, what do you think of it?
What do you guys think of the 2002 SIR?
I personally like the look of it, it's growing on me.
Although a lot of my friends aren't too crazy about.

I saw one in person last night parked at a local dealership, I didn't drive it though. It's a lot better-looking in person than on tv or the internet. But I'd wait to see if the CTR is coming though.
I saw one last week when I went to the local dealer to pick up a part for my car.
I parked right next to it, and the thing looked like a bus next to my car. It almost appears to have a higher roofline than the Focus. It just looks huge...
Then again, hatches have never been my thing after '95.

I saw pictures of the minivan that Honda based the new Civic on, and the van looks pretty cool, but the Civic is really odd looking. The new Spoon CTR is ok, but it still looks strange, maybe it'll grow on me. As for the TypeR, it's supposed to be in the U.S. in 2003, along with the RSX TypeR, both in limited numbers.

I picked mine up last wednesday and the dealership had it lowered for me. It's dropped 1.5" and it makes a HUGE difference. Say whatever you like...but the car is getting major looks when I'm driving around.
The Type R looks sweet in the flesh, as long as you ignore the big lights, seen loads on the road this side of the pond. It doesnt look that bad next to the Focus, Peugeot 307, Renaul Clio 172 minivans we get over here. Also dont know if you know but its well cheap as well
Civic Type R = 200ps = £16,000 without options= $23000
Focus SVT = 170PS = £18000 with options = $26000
So for us the Civic is a bargain, and looks a lot meaner than anything else in the hot hatch market. You guys just get the focus damn cheap in comparison, we have to put the seats, spoilers and paint on as an option as Ford europe are scum!!!
