injectors for turbo kit

I have a kit I just got it came with 680cc injectorsby precision. Do i have to run a resistor box the kit came off a 99 civic and now its on a 92 civic?

depends on if they are peak and hold or saturated injectors. if they are peak and hold you will have to run a resistor set-up, if they are saturated then your fine.

on the 99 civic he ran the resistor box should I?

yes. that means they are peak and hold. civics 92-00 need them in order to run those injectors.
