Default Oil Pump leaking

So i installed my b16 motor in my crx and it looked like the oil pan was leaking, i replaced the oil pan gasket twice, but it was still leaking. Next i have someone come over my house and see what they think i could do to stop the leak and they said it was not the oil pan, but it was the oil pump leaking, so he helped me take off the oil pan, he put a layer of rtv on the oil pump, and it held up for the night (or at least i thought so it was dark i could not really tell). So now it is leaking again . do you guys have any idea on how to finally fix this issue and actually enjoy my swap. i would really appreciate any advice.
thanx
Roman

I had a similiar problem earlier this year, there is a small o-ring in the oil pump that goes around the small inlet/outlet on the upper left hand corner of the oil pump if you were looking at the back of it. Also when you use the RTV sealant make sure you let that stuff cure for at least a whole day, i learned that the hard way. Good luck.

The o-ring is very easy to overlook. I had my engine all the way together before I realized wtf happened....

You can buy it seperate, it is like something really cheap at the honda dealer. Less than two bucks.

after looking at it in the garage i realized it does not leak at idle but only after you let off of the gas does this still sound like the o-ring.
