98 ls in eg check engine light on?

98 ls in eg check engine light on?
I droped a 98 ls did the whole OBD I swap but now i dont know why my engine light is on i have seen others with the same set up but no problems and also at start up it sputers until it gets to normal driving temp what is wrong?

Seriously, it would help out a lot. That CEL is probably why your engine sputters.

when i ran my 96 LS in my 95 hatch, i had the same problem. but i used everything obd-2 except the ecu. in the mornings or warm up it idles real low, but then when it warms up its good to go
