Default Check out my newly painted Valve Cover Need Opinions!!!1

I am building a new motor so i wanted my valve cover to be different than any other valve cover around my home town. So i cam up with this tell me what you think This is also my first time doing something like this took be like 2 days i took my time so i would jack it up

why not just paint it red w/ wrinkle paint? don't really understand that color scheme

I don't get it, you said that you wanted it to be different. Having a red valve cover isn't really different, alot of poeple have red valve covers...But it looks cool I guess, I would have gone with the wrinkle paint...But that's just me! IMO..

LOL! I thought the black part was just a shadow...until I looked closer.

Looks pretty clean and unique. Mine was painted for a while, but it chipped off, so I got it powdercoated instead.

...but its a red-black fade. thats the first valve cover that i've seen w/ a fade paint job, its deff unique. the fade looks pretty good, nice plans w/ the color scheme too

Looks good, but the lettering would have turned out better if you would have just painted over it and then sanded it off. Other than that looks good.
