Default how do i remove this black adhesive on inside of sideskirts / rear lip! Help Please!

i tried removing my sideskirts because i just baught my car and i took off the screws but there is this black adhesive that was used to keep the sideskirts onto the car/ paint. i tried removing it with force and it just ripped off my paint & broke my sideskirt now i have this big grey spot of missing paint and i have black adhesive that i cant remove with my fingers so i tried goo-gone and heatgun, i got rid of the Excess black adhesive but took me 2 hours just to do one side.. now question is how can i remove my rear lip + other sideskirt w/o pulling a chunk off my paint. heard if i use a heat gun/ blow dryer will that work?? hELP PLEASE i just got this CAR and i fucked it up by tryin to take out sideskirts!!
1. how do i remove this black adhesive w/o ruining the paint. (please so i can remove other sideskirt and rear lip )
2. how can i fix this spot of missing paint.. maybe put a big *** sticker over it??

using a razor blade to take off the excessive gluey stuff? no need because i can take it off w/o using it.. but im talkin bout taking off the sideskirt from the car ( the stick stuff holding the sideskirt onto the car ) without forcing it because if i do that, i will rip the paint off..
