Default A SSAC turbo question...(not what you think)

I was just wondering if the SSAC pos has the same dimensions as the standard Garret T3/T4. I have no itentions of actually using the turbo for it's intended purpose, but it would work great for me with mocking up turbo manifolds. I have been looking for a blown T3/T4, but I can't seem to find one. The SSAC is a cheap alternative.

No there not the same, theres been many threads about people swapping between the 2 and there hardware and piping no longer working

The castings are quite different in size on a lot of the turbos, how much different and in what areas I dont know

Just pick up a blown one

Obivously you woulda thought of that and really just wanna use one

Thanks man. Yeah, i've had a WTB thread in the FI classifieds for a while now, but no one seems to have one.

like I said, I don't care about that because I wouldn't be using it. It would only matter to me if the flanges/inlets/outlets are in the same spots.
