Welcome to the ITR forum. That type of attitude is nothing new around here. Boggles the mind to this day, how one Integra owner feels he's superior to another Integra owner.
To the OP, I wish I could help, but I have no experience with such part.

you really feel that your response was simply a joke? if at all anything, it was obvious you were trying to be a dick and are continuing to be a dick towards me for no reason. grow up.

post pix or describe to us where exactly does it not fit?
I got mine to go in pretty easily after I chopped the carpet up a bit....
There have been others that say it can be installed without cutting up the carpet but to the best of my memory and looking at it somewhat recently, I can't see how you can get the two support legs (held in place with the seatbelt anchor bolts) in the proper position without having the carpet cut away.
EDIT: I suppose you could fold the carpet out of the way, but hell, that would look kinda nasty, but it wouldn't ruin the OEM'ness of it.... if you ever decided to remove the bar and return everything back to stock.

tnx for the help guys, i'm just going to ignore the sarcastic *****. i'm trying to install it without cutting the carpet, that's why i'm having such a hard time. i was looking at it a while ago, and like you said, i also don't see how it will fit without cutting the carpeting up. raging angel, did you feel the bar made a difference?
I installed the bar back in '98 when it had relatively low mileage and doesn't suffer the current creaks with an almost 10yr old ride.
At the time, I felt the only difference that could be felt was when I was cornering at illegal speeds.
that said, do-luck later on released "clamps" that would secure the center of the bar to the tunnel/"backbone" of the car.... an area I noticed no matter how much I tensioned still had some undesirable play.
unfortunately, I didn't have the courage (or money) back then to drill holes in my new car to try these clamps out....items I feel do-luck produced because they recognized their validity.
I think in your specific situation, you could try removing the carpet altogether or purchase a used one to chop up.

I have the same bar and had the same issue.
Solution: Take those damn nuts from the middle of the bar off. That shortens the bar enough and its fits perfect.
