I have a 97 Acura EL (or as known Civic EX with 1.6 SOHC VTEC)
Its time to get plug wires but down here in Canada, I find them really expensive which is about 80 bucks CDN.......when other Civic models are about 65 bucks CDN

So I was wonderin can I use spark plug wires from a 93-95 Honda Civic SI, also has the SOHC VTEC engine...

Is this a good idea or bad? What would happen if I did use plug wires from older SOHC VTEC engine onto a new one despite they are the same engine or does it really matter?

I would like NGK's plug wires(blue ones)....Suggestions or comments?

get some 10mm magnacore plug wires

 

Different engine... Different wires... Get the right ones.
It's only $15CAD difference...
