Default Different in JDM and USDM H22 Head

I'm in need of a h22a head, but I like to know if there's any slight different between these two head, jdm and usdm. My block is a jdm h22 so I would like to purchase a jdm head, but all I found for sale are 97-01 usdm head. Any info is appreciate

off hand, the only difference that i can think of is between the euro R and type S, as both have mildly ported and polished heads, and have more aggresive cams.

as far as needing a jdm head to fit a jdm block, there's really no need. there's not really even a need to match obd's really.
