New camshaft

I'm looking to get a new camshaft but i dont really know where to start. First, is there really that big of a difference and is it worth getting? Next, what type should i get? I have a 99 accord 2.3 4cyl. Lastly, how much am i gonna be spending to get a good camshaft and should i get new camgears too? Anything would help. Thanx

uhh yeah, you just have to look for them, and its not very hard to find them.

I am not sure about the availability of camshafts for your particular car, but a regrind is most likely your only option. You will need some sort of tuning to see any real gains from a camshaft.
