I have an 88 hatch with a b16a2 in it. The air/fuel gauge stopped reading first, It illuminates while the car is turning over but no lights while running. i replaced the o2 sensor and nothing. Now vtec isnt hitting. Someone told me i had ecu problems, another said it could be wires but it was re-pinned clean. can anyone help

Definately check your wiring, my vtec wire came unplugged once. Also check your ecu for codes, and it's possible that your ecu went bad, but hondas usually don't have bad ecu problems. I'm guessing you have a code, so post that and we can help you some more.
