i was pullin apart my h23 head, getting ready to hottank it, and the exaust valve guides are ****, so ima end up replacing all the valve guides, but i noticed this, do you think this "chip" will pose a threat?





this motor is gunna just be a project motor, not daily driven, so its gunna be ran hard. so what u guys think? i didnt drop it or anythin hah it was jsut chipped,

 

Just debur it and it should be fine.

 

Replace the stem seals (obviously) along with the guides. Good luck.
