The Dunlop Qualifiers?
I think that is Dunlops answer to Michelins Pilot Power. Apparently people that have run them like them. I have a thing against Dunlops though, dunno why.

Yeah, that's it. I'm not a fan of Dunlop's, either. I have some on my S2000, and I'm not impressed. I'll be going back to BS S02/03's.
If I were to get new tires on my bike, I'd get the Powers.

when it comes to street tires if you want sticky go dunlop qualifiers and michelin pilot powers. If you want something that's more of a mix get something else like maybe the 208's. Btw the dunlop car tires is going to have no affect on the motorcycle tires. So saying oh I have dunlops on my car and they suck and using that as a reason to dislike dunlops is stupid. To the original poster, are you sure you need new rubber?

THE TIREs look ok and have pleanty of meat but the bike is 4 years old and only has 1000+ miles on it ,which means it sat alot . in between the tread it has like dry rotted cracks better safe than sorry

To further prove this point...
My preference of best tire would be Shinko.
But then look at my bike.

why? He's not going to out ride them and they're a great tire. I know 1 person who was able to out ride the 208's. I do agree that with 4 yr old tires he should get new ones though

When it comes to tires, personal pref. has a lot to do with it. Some people swear by Avon and I think that they are just over priced. I work at a Honda bike dealership and we actually sell quite a bit of Bridgestone Battleaxe tires
, but I think that Metzler or Dunlop will give you the performance you are lookin for without killin your wallet.
