Carbon Fiber hood...

my hood has like really bad scratches and like a white fade going on on the top of it...is there any way i can buff it out? or do i need to sand and reclear it?

i'll have pics up of it son

If the scratches are "really bad", you will likely need to wet sand and then refinish the hood.
