My civic is when in Neutral or parked my car idles from 1000 rpms up to 3000 rpms and does this spiratically except for when it is in motion and runs perfect except for when in neutral. I tried changing the IACV and that did not fix the problem but when i took the Idle air control valve off was idling the way its suppose to. Don't know what else to try.. If any 1 can help it would greatly be appreciated!!!!
