Power Windows Sticking

I'm having this problem on my drivers side power window on my 2001 lude. Any other way to fix this without removing the door panel and lubing up the track??

It might not be the track, it might be the window motor/raising gears. Mine was sticking and raising slowly too and when I got it fixed, it turned out the raising gear was mostly shredded.
