ctr intake cam in 00 jdm itr
i kno this has been covered more than enough and the search button is my best friend...but i have to make sure. is there a diff between the jdm 00 itr and ctr intake cam or will the ctr cam give me some gains in my jdm b18c? thanx guys...

any ITR or CTR cams!
but if you want a 3 more degress of duration (a tad more power), go with any CTR cams or 98+ JDM ITR/00-01 US ITR cams..
Again, JDM 98+ ITR and CTR intake cams are teh same spec. The JDM 95-97 intake cam has 3 degrees less duration, but all of the "R" cams have the same exhaust cam specs.

Well you can run almost any of the Stage 1 cams a handful of companies offer with stock valvetrain: skunk2, blox, toda, etc..
