Isnt the ctr came more aggressive on the intake side than the earlier itr intake cams? like im pretty sure the 97itr cams differ from 2000+ ones.

FYI, The pre-98 ITR cams have only 3 degrees less duration on the intake inside.

well damn...so what's a good cam to get a little more power out of but still being able to keep the stock drive train and having that daily reliability?

any ITR or CTR cams!
but if you want a 3 more degress of duration (a tad more power), go with any CTR cams or 98+ JDM ITR/00-01 US ITR cams..

Again, JDM 98+ ITR and CTR intake cams are teh same spec. The JDM 95-97 intake cam has 3 degrees less duration, but all of the "R" cams have the same exhaust cam specs.

Well you can run almost any of the Stage 1 cams a handful of companies offer with stock valvetrain: skunk2, blox, toda, etc..
