how much hp can i make with 1000cc with 45psi fuel pressure?
i would thing you can make way more than 500whp with 1000cc injectors.....someone correct me if im wrong......
what brand injectors were these? Id be curious to see what happened if you bumped your pressure up to around 50psi.
on the same note, how much pressure you guys running on 1000cc injectors?

Ive seen a 710whp pass on 1000cc presicion injectors, fuel pressure was set to 45psi I believe
Your tuner must have made a mistake with your tune
Im 300+ with my 450cc's and they are maxed out. 600+ shouldnt be a problem to ANYONE with 1000'cc

you've got some issues there, a serious non effecient engine or poor tuning. my friends car was making 425whp on 750's with 76% duty cycle
Are you having a fuel pump issue, is it not keeping up and that why your maxing the injectors????

Not once in this thread did i see him mention what fuel pump he is running. I would be willing to bet that the pump isn't keeping up with what the injectors need. What pump are you running? Is it holding fuel pressure?
Precision rates their 1000cc injects at 171hp per injector at 43.5psi. Just using the numbers they should go to 684hp (flywheel) in this situation. But those are just going by the numbers and many other factors are envolved in each situation.
HP / Number of Injectors x BSFC / Duty Cycle = size you should use
To convert lbs/hr to cc's, multiply by 10.2. To convert cc's to lbs/hr, divide by 10.2.

these are precision 1000cc peak/hold. im sure i can bump more hp if i adjust the fuel pressure to 50psi. but you would think that i wouldn't have to.
using 255lph fuel pump

using 255lph fuel pump
If its maxxed out you could try more pressure. What pump are you using? Stock rail, Id probably get rid of that but I dont know what the limitation is for it. My 1000cc precisions are only at 60% duty with similar power, but that was around 50psi fuel pressure.

He ment do both. Rewire the larger pump with larger gauge wire so its gets enough juice, and in addition run an aftermarket fuel rail.

so essentially you guys are saying that the 255 might not get enough power with the stock wiring? and that some/many of you rewire it with another gauge of wire? where would you run the wire from? what source?

I'd say from the battery to a seperate relay triggered by the stock signal wire. I've seen it done this way. Kind of like wiring an amp for a stereo.
I'm sure there are other ways but that is one I have seen.

im not to sure if this is just my car, the dyno or the tuner. i have heard other cars that dyno there came up to the same problem i have also. 750cc max out at 300hp and others that are similar. will this be the tuner
