I blew the motor in my stock 98 coupe dx, and have this donor parts car that I was told I could swap in, temporary, until I get a K series.
I was told I need a 98 civic ex ecu? is this true or can I use the one thats in the 94 ex already? Any help appreciated, thanks.

the best is a p28 cause it is a obd1 ex/si ecu. and your probably gona have to wire up the vtec wires cause dx don't come prewired for vtec. another thing is alot of people want the p28 cause in my eyes they are the best for chipping. which will be good for you in the long run.
