Default Rusted Muffler Bolts

I am trying to install a new axle-back exhaust. There are two bolts, right behind the muffler, that will not come off because they are extremely rusted. Does anyone know how to get these off without sawing or drilling?

Get them all lubed up with liquid wrench or wd40 and let it soak in for an hour or so.

To install my test pipe the nuts on the flange for the cat were rusted real bad. I used every liquid wrench I could find with no luck at all (soaking and waiting, getting some bloody knuckles and repeating the process). The next step was a nutcracker, which i broke trying to break the nuts. I finally whipped out a drill and drilled through the nut and bolt and they gave out finally and I was able to take the cat off. It took more hours than I care to remember.

MAPP gas. About $12 for a 20oz bottle with igniter. Get them as hot as you can, spray lube over them while they are still super hot, then loosen em.

Yeah, I'm pretty fed up. Me, my bro, and three of his friends have been trying since last night (they're rusted to hell)... I've tried three kinds of pentrating spray, WD40, and a mixture of scrapping and hitting and cursing. I'm at the point were I'm trying a hack saw, and if this doesn't work, I'm drill...Thanks A Shitload!

go to a local shop that has a lift, they should be able to break the bolt off with some air tools, I did that and it was twenty bucks.

Or do what I did to my friends integra break the bolt in half. I dunno how I did it although it was pritty funny when I came out from under the car with the exhaust spring and half the bolt.
