how can i get my rear to be lower
Ok.... if you're all the way dropped on the perches then the only other option would be to take the sleeve/perches out and just put the spring on the shock.
And there is no need to yell here....

umm....it wont really help with gas mileage....but you could get a bunch of friends to pile in the trunk and in the back seat..LOL!.....naw, just kiddin.....best et would e like the other guy said, just let the springs sit on the factory perches.....it'll drop it the most......after that..it's about all you can do with those springs.......also, the front and back aren't reversed are they? longer springs go up front.....correct me if i'm wrong someone......

Well if you want to get technical...most all springs on cars today are coilovers(since the coil spring is over the shock), but what we are talking about here are adjustible coilovers...

what struts are you running
if you are running tokico blue hp or KYB GR-2 gas struts all around get rid of them in the rear and get tokico illuminas or the KYB AGX ajustables im almost %100 possitive that the adjustables lower the car i believe is about 1/2 in to 1 in lower than the gas ones

i have the same problem, the spring seat on the coilover hits the spring perch on the strut, no matter how much you adjust it they wont go lower. you have to cut some of the spring perch to get them to drop some. or take the bottom lock nut off to drop it another 1/2" or so, but then it wont be able to lock down.

if they are coil springs the non adjustable type that might be as low as you can go.
a little room over the tire can be kinda good if you ever bottom out your car you dont have to worry about your tires rubbing
