Maybe you put one of the rear springs in the front? More detail would help.

This sounds like the case. What springs did you get?

You probably put one of the rear springs on the front. The springs are fairly close in size (at least the eibach ones I have are)

the thicker ones go in the rear. Just because you lowered the front first doesnt mean you couldnt have mixed them up. You could have installed a rear spring on a front shock. It HAS to be the springs since they're what dictate the height of the car under normal circumstances. The fatter springs go in the rear. Make sure you dont have one fat one and one skinny one in the front. that sounds like what happened.

No, the spring has 2 pig tails on it. If it doesnt sit exactly right, the shock wont be oriented correctly, and it wont bolt into the top or bottom mounts properly. The spring HAS to sit correctly for everything to bolt in. He had to have switched them.
