ok i have ITBs on a 97 civic ok and i am having a little problem and need some help ok when i gun it i am runing lean but it is runing rich while i am not gunning it so i was thinking maby the fuel pressure needed to be uped so i uped it to 60psi to se what it will do and it is quicker but when i push the gas all the way down it still leans out i am wondering does this mean i need another fuel pump or what would i need to do
