Default 99 gsr bad clutch, clutch mc, or slave?

car: 99 integ gsr ~90k miles

symtoms:
hard to shift into any gear while car is moving
once car not moving it shifts into gears like normal
clutch seems to still grap like normal
clutch fluid in mc resevior is black

im trying to pin point the cause of this.
clutch/pressure plate
clutch master cylinder
clutch slave?

im thinking maybe the pressure plate may be worn and is not releasing completely..but i would think that if its worn the clutch wouldnt grab right? also is it normal for the clutch fluid to be so dirty, its pretty black and not very transperant.

i have tried changing the tranny fluid and bleeding the clutch to make sure there is no air and still no change. is anyone familar with these symptoms? any suggestion?

clutch/pressure plate? OR clutch mc/slave?

tia

Well... when my throwout bearing went out, I could only shift gears when the car was NOT moving.

If you're not losing fluid, and the pedal is not sinking, it's not the master or slave cylinder.

look behind your clutch pedal and see if there's any fluid leaking, if so, it's the clutch master. might even be worn clutch. how many miles on the clutch/car?

its the original clutch and the mc isnt leaking so im leaning towards clutch.

clutch fluid is very dark..almost black..is that normal? or anything to worry about?

well, time for a new clutch. yea the fluid gets dark with age and heat, just like our brake reservoir. just bleed it out after you put your clutch in.
