zero'ing cam gears with milled head (searched!)
i milled my head 30 thousands so I wanna make sure my cams are set 0,0 when crank is at TDC
ive read a post on this board a few weeks ago telling how to zero the cams... it had something to with with locking the cams at 0,0; loosening adjustable cam gears, and then turning crank until it reaches TDC.
does that sound right or did i just dream about that?
if its fesable, how do I lock in the cams so they dont move when I turn the cams sdo only the adjustable cam gears turn?
thanks

The right way to zero in the cam would be to degree them in. Buy the Cam degreeing kit. Most people don't us this method but it's the right way to do it.
