Thinking about going Hondata need some advice.
O.k i have a chipped p-28. What else do i need to make the ecu compatible with hondata. I'm thinking about getting the s200. Do i have to send my chip p28 to hondata?
No.
Only ECU's that need to be sent in our K-Series K100, K-Pro.
IF your going to update your ecu i would go with the s300 system because has the same features as s200 but comes with all the extra stuff for free. These ecu's are fully programmable you will need a laptop witht the ecu software to program/tune it. I have kpro in my care and i love how easy hondata makes it to tune.

If you cant solder, then dont install it and take the ECU to a dealer. If you can solder electronics, it is rather easy. I have never installed an s300, but if you go for s200 this may help:
I am going off the top of my head, and had a bit to drink.. if I am inccorect someone please correct me:
1) desolder the the 28 pin rom socket and hc373.
2) replace and solder in with the socket and hondata's version of hc373.
3) solder in the 4 pin connector into the cn2 pins 1-4.
4)plug in eprom to 28pin socket and tow to a tuner.
