Misa, how are you liking those Kumho 712's? I got the same one's, is it too early to tell? I like them, best tire for the $ IMO.

 

225/45/zr16 is awesome, and yes i made apoint of braking them in today,

on my old 205's hammering from a roll in first i would break traction around 4k she just holds on now

Well I was going to go skateboarding tonight, but it's been raining hard all day so I rented 5 movies and on the last one now, so far I've kept myself entertained.. kinda. Wished I had a girlfriend <- love sucks

 

Finished printing at school, cruised over to my gf's place for food and high speed internet. Stressing over the fact that I have a ton of work left and that I can't sell my car fast enough. My brain hurts too.

well since its the saturday morning there is no point of me tellin yall whay i did last night...but i am anyways...lets see here...washed my car, rode some trails in the woods that were just finished...fell off a wooden bridge into water with my bike (nothin broke!!) played a lil guitar and drums...and uhh how do i say...smoked.... it was a good night i guess...

 

Well let's see. I am working until 3pm. Then I am going home to clean all of my scuba gear and get it ready for my next trip down to the underwater caves in Florida. Then I am going to have dinner with some friends and probably play cars. Exciting ain't it.

woooooooooo ...gotta clean my engine bay, get a haircut, stop by work quick.. fix my headlights and mount my HID's ..vacuum the car.. hmm.

 

Is the haircut, the vacuuming, and the cleaning of the engine bay all for weight reduction? Or maybe you just like to look pretty at the track?

well its saturday afternoon, but hell Ill play along...last nite I tried to adjust my GF's **** *** coilovers on her del sol and got pissed off at it, again. The drivers side coilover is not dropping like it should, I jack up the car and the wheel stays tucked in the well. Anyone ever seen this? Its fucked up I tell ya. So I gave up and got drunk, and now Im at work.

 

well umm.. you said yourself they are "**** *** coilovers" so thats your problem prolly... but who installed them originally? the only time ive seen that is where somebody installed them and used the back/front perches for the left/right so the left was always lower than the right. look at them and see if the fronts match up and the rears match up.

 

they are Ractive, she bought the car like 2 months ago from some local little dealer. The perches look fine, but Im goign to take it to my buddys shop anyway. I had to teach her to drive it(5 speed) and noticed it was super bouncy but i just thought with crap coilovers and such a short wheelbase that was as good as it gets. come to find out there was a lot dont to this car, new steel braded brake lines, the "stock" airbox the kid put in is off a civic, its short shifted, and it sits so low it scraps everything. It has become my weekend project.

 

Are you jacking the car up from the side of the car by chance? If so, that is your problem. The anti-sway bar is holding the wheel up. Jack it from the front of the car.
