Default Bad Rings on H22?

While trying to convert my H22 to OBD1, I experienced misfires in cylinders 1 and 3 for less then a minute, before I was able to pull over and check things out. When I looked under the hood I saw that my Hybrid dizzy had come loose. I call it a hybrid because it has the CKP, CYP, and TDC sensors inside of it using the OBD2 harness. Anyways I immediately noticed that the car had lost power and could hear a fluttering like tapping noise while acclerating. When I got home I ran a compression test and found that my compression in cylinders 1 and 3 had both dropped from 220 to 160 and 140 respectively. When I dropped oil down into the cylinder the compression came back up to 220. I assumed that I had messed up the rings in these two cylinders. I pulled the head and all the valves look good, and all the cylinders look fine. Could there be anything else that went wrong?

You could have broken rings.
