Installed Rage Header...
First... the header is pretty pimp. Aesthetically.
Second... the header is two piece...sorta. It uses springs to hold the back half in place. Don't know the technical name... so sue me.
Third... the header flange that mates to the head needed modification. Yep, $600+ header and I had to redrill the holes on the header flange to make it fit on my GSR head.
Fourth... no exhaust donut. My $300 DC sports gave me an exhaust donut.
Fifth... more of the crossmember had to be cut. That was expected.
Sixth... it barely touches the block just above the oil pan, near the third cylinder.
Seventh... it feels strong. It feels like it could take a scrape or two without being torn to ****.
Eighth... Outside of trying to source a 2.5" exhaust donut (Autozone), then modifying that donut to fit on the header, and finally modifying the header flange so it could bolt up to the header... it's a nice header. I would have expected better fit and at least an exhaust donut for $600+. But, it's purpose is to make power over a broad RPM band... Hopefully it'll help me meet my usable 200whp goal, instead of those peaky 200whp dynos i've seen. Yeah, you made 200whp at 9200rpm... but the rest of the power band is useless.
anyways, i'll get pictures up tonight after I cut up my cross member a bit more, then weld some metal braces to add some structural rigidity.

nice looking header, ther is a local guy with one on his LSVTEC, it looked very impressive, but I don't know if he had the same fitment issues as you.
