Default very low compression cylinder, but no blowby, what could it be?

compression reads 140-65-150-150,and my car dont smoke at all,the reason i checked it,was cause my idle and when i drive it,it flutters, sounds like a evo or wrx or something, and this recently just happend, could it be my rings, ringlands, valve seals,or what.Anybody have a clue what it might be?

if it sounds like a wrx. one of the cylinder isnt working correctly. probably ringlands or valves

If theres no blowby then its going out the top end. Either bent or burnt valve, basically the valve isnt sealing.
