You would normally use the first four. Unfortunately, your 5 speed doesn't have a neutral safety switch. Also, it isn't going to start with the clutch out. Maybe you should do a manual to auto conversion. I would, if remote start was so important to me that I'd risk the car and possibly human lives just to have it.
On HT, people wont tell you **** unless they feel like it. Maybe they'd feel like it if you explained how you are going to make the car safe. Or you could just try searching. There's probably 20 posts full of flames and in 2-3 of those you will find your answer.
If I were to give you the answer while on the clock, I could be fired.

actually you can remote start without pressin the clutch down. all you have to do is ground out the clutch.

hook up the first 4 wires...

2. white/Violet (+) Positive Safety shut down input for brake switch
3. Black/White (-) Neutral Safety Switch Input.
4. blue - zone 2 instant trigger ground input
1. if you hook up a hood pin switch (just be aware that switches tend to break or bend and go bad) so if you hook it up and later down the road it doesn't remote start check this pin switch.
2. hook it up to your brake pedal switch
3. optional...either ground it or hook it up to a toggle switch with one end going to this wire and the other end ground...allows you to disable rem start (for times you're taking it to a shop and you don't want them to accidently remote start the vehicle)
4. hook up to the hatch door pin, i can't remember if this pin is common with your door pins or not, if it's not hook it up to the hatch door pin wire. if it is common there's no need to hook this wire up.
you can use the status output wire from the rem start to ground the clutch wire found above the clutch pedal to get it to rem start...just remember to never leave you car in gear!!!!
