Don't buy cheap bodykits, no matter what...
I recently posted the below on PO.com...
Well, I'm an idiot and did exactlty what I told myself I would never do. I thought because I was getting a great deal on a mugen replica kit, that it would be worth going to someone other than VIS. I was wrong. Stay far away from RevPM.com and Bodykits.com. They sold me fiberglass mugen sides that look terribile and rears that barely even resemble mugen rears. For a good laugh, take a look at the photobook I made... click here
After CLEARLY making my point with the above pictures, they refused to take them back without charging me a 25% restocking fee, plus I have to pay to ship them back.
I found out that they get most of their stuff from a company called GTP, which makes garbage kits over seas. No hand laid fiberglass here, they spray chopped glass from a gun into their molds. Although the gun method is widely used, with their stuff you can hold it up in the light and see the uneven thickness, with some parts thick and some parts paper thin.
Anyway, just trying to help the community by steering prelude owners far away from bodykits.com and revpm.com. This goes double for ebay companies that don't allow ANY returns.
