Hello EG'ers and EK'ers....I have a EP so I never post in here but I just bought my girl a '95 EX 2 door and I was going to start a prime project this summer. But first I wanted to get some advice on sanding and preping and anything else that I might need to know if I intend to start priming this car myself. I don't want to paint it yet, I might get that done professionally, but I just want to prep it all up and get it primed. So what do I need to do? Thanks!

 

Well, I watch that one car show on spike all the time, and the point that they always stress when they primed their car and it comes to sanding is that, you should always finish in a straight lin like with the sanding block, never start like swirling around and ****. Also, a good mehtod is to do the X sanding method, where you would start in the top left corner and sand down to the bottom right, and then start on the top right corner and go to tthe bottom left, good luck
