92-95 Integra LS TB will bolt right up and I think is 2mm bigger than the ZC. And they got Skunk 2 intake manifolds on ebay for like $230, pretty good deal.

Yeah, it bolts right up, it's the same for all the d series.

IT IS NOT THE SAME
The ZC manifold is different. I had a mani and TB sent out to maxbore to get bored. The TB was bored to 59mm and the manifold opening was also bored to 59mm.
The only aftermarket manifolds that I know of are from JGE.
MB...

If you want to try that method, I have a spare ZC mani and TB sitting in my truck I'll sell for cheap if you want yours bored w/no downtime to the car.

The bolt pattern is completely different. The holes are nowhere near the same. The IM gasket used for the ZC is from the 86-89 Integra, and It'll have 2 extra holes in it.
If anything you could try chopping the ZC mani after the injectors and then weld the runners of a new mani to that

Not that I'm arguing but I guess the bolt pattern is different for the DOHC ZC's because it's definately not for the SOHC ZC's cuz the gasket kit I got was for a d16a6 (crx si) and the im gasket fit fine. Sorry to missinform if I did.

SOHC ZC is the same, only the DOHC differs
